Durch die Einführung des Deutschland-Semestertickets ab dem 1.03.2024 gelten neue Regelungen für den Geltungsbereich des Tickets: Einerseits kann mit dem neuen Deutschland-Semesterticket der öffentliche Nahverkehr in ganz Deutschland genutzt werden. Andererseits entfallen leider die Mitnahmeregelungen für Fahrräder und Personen. Aufgrund der bundesweiten Tarifbestimmung ist das Deutschlandticket ausschließlich in digitaler Form gültig. Deshalb ist das Deutschland-Semesterticket zum SoSe 2024 nicht mehr auf Euren Studierendenausweisen hinterlegt – somit verliert das alte E-Ticket auf Eurer StudiCard ab dem 01.03.2024 seine Gültigkeit als Fahrausweis! Ab sofort müsst Ihr das Ticket vor Beginn eines jeden Semesters über diesen Link herunterladen thga.de/ticket
Die Anmeldung erfolgt mit Eurer Studierenden-Email-Adresse und Eurem Passwort, welchen Ihr für den Login bei den Online-Diensten der THGA nutzt. Das laufende Semesterticket WiSe 2023/2024 ist bereits in der App hinterlegt – somit könnt Ihr den Download und den Umgang mit der App schon einmal testen. Euer Semesterticket auf dem Studierendenausweis bleibt für das WiSe 2023/2024 bis zum 29.02.2024 gültig. Bitte beachten: Bei dem Semesterticket WiSe 2023/2024 handelt es sich weiterhin lediglich um das VRR- und NRW-Ticket. Das Deutschlandticket steht erst ab dem 01.03.2024 zur Verfügung.

With the introduction of the Deutschland-Semesterticket from 1 March 2024, new regulations apply to the area of validity of the ticket: On the one hand, the new Deutschland-Semesterticket can be used on public transport throughout Germany. On the other hand, the regulations for bicycles and passengers will unfortunately no longer apply. Due to the nationwide fare regulations, the Deutschlandticket is only valid in digital form. For this reason, the Deutschland-Semesterticket will no longer be stored on your student ID cards from summer semester 2024 - so the old e-ticket on your StudiCard will lose its validity as a travel pass from 1 March 2024! You can register using your student email address and your password, which you use to log in to the THGA's online services. The current semester ticket for winter semester 2023/2024 is already stored in the app - so you can test the download and use of the app. Your semester ticket on your student ID card will remain valid for winter semester 2023/2024 until 29 February 2024. Please note: The WiSe 2023/2024 semester ticket is still only the VRR and NRW ticket. The Deutschlandticket will only be available from 01.03.2024.
